Client project data
When we build or support a system for a client, such as a website or an HR, payroll or stock system, any personal data in that system (for example employee or patient details) belongs to the client. We access it only as needed to build, test and support the system, under our written agreement with that client. Where agreed, such systems run on infrastructure the client controls. Screens we show publicly use demo data.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and generally for no more than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes afterwards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also withdraw consent you have given and raise a grievance with us. To do any of this, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80887 08848 or use our contact page. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
