How much does it cost?
We quote a fixed price after the free walkthrough, because it depends on which modules you need. It's a one-time setup fee plus a monthly support plan. Over two to three years, that typically costs less than a per-user HR or inventory subscription.
How long does it take?
You see a working demo in about two weeks. Most systems are built in three to four weeks, followed by about two weeks of testing and training with your team.
Where is our data kept?
On a server you control: either a machine at your office or a low-cost cloud server in your name. No third-party SaaS holds your employee or stock data, and it's backed up automatically every day.
We don't have an IT team. Is that a problem?
No. Your staff only use a simple browser portal. We handle setup, backups and updates, and we train your team before go-live.
What if NAMAH isn't around one day?
The system keeps running on your server; nothing switches off. You hold the install package, admin logins and documentation, and because it's built on the open-source Frappe platform, any Frappe developer or IT company can take it over.
Our data is messy. Can we still start?
Yes, and that's normal. We map what's in your sheets, and where there's no record at all, like an untracked store, we give you a simple count sheet to capture opening stock before go-live.

Does the payroll handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS?
Yes. The payroll run calculates PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS, including Karnataka Professional Tax, and produces payslips and the ESIC and salary registers. Rates and slabs are kept in settings so they can be updated when rules change, and we set them up with you and your accountant.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangalore?
We are based in Bangalore and can meet Bangalore businesses in person. We also build and support systems remotely for businesses elsewhere in India, with the walkthrough, demo and training done over video calls.
